Hi!

Zephyr Marks is a bunch of pop culture memes in a trench coat who likes to mess with genre and exclaim “What a beautiful day!” every time she goes outside. Born in Rhode Island, she has saltwater blood but prefers maple syrup in her coffee. The roller skates she’s wearing were custom made by the same bootmaker used by Nancy Kerrigan because Zephyr once thought she’d make it to the Olympics too. On wheels. Very much later she did a BA in Poetry, Fine Art, and Environmental Studies and long after that, her MFA in Creative Writing. She writes speculative love stories about flawed people and other creatures whose tragedies transform into bittersweet joys. Given the chance to live in her own books, she’s not entirely sure she’d say no.
