There’s zero relation between real life cultures and their fictional locational counterparts.

Goshen – The capital of Beryl, located roughly in what would be the northern Blue Ridge mountains area of North Carolina

Taavi – The capital city of Tsavori, roughly based on the San Diego area

Feit – A small island kingdom off the northern coast of Beryl, roughly based on the Nova Scotia area

Avenel – The royal capital of Feit, on its eastern coast

Lonhgen – A large, reclusive island kingdom of demigods across the southern sea from Tsavori, Beryl, and Ryla. Roughly based on the location of Central America if Mexico didn’t exist.

Ryla – A small nation roughly based on the area of the United States encompassing Georgia and Florida

The Borderlands – A strip of unclaimed, wild land running north-south between western Beryl and far-eastern Tsavori, with a small portion of its border along Ryla’s western edge, roughly based on an approximately 100-mile-wide swath of land just to the west of the Virgina/Carolinas/Georgia border

Tavasham – The realm of the Angels, an unfathomable place made of gemstone and light
